Using Vision to America's store
1. Do I have to create an account to order?
No. Add products to your cart and go straight to checkout if you like. Creating an account is there for you so that if you make multiple purchases, you won't have to re-enter shipping and billing information each time. So it is a time saver for your sake to create an account.
2. How is Vision to America's store made to work best?
Thanks for asking. We want you to have the greatest shopping experience with our store, so we've made a guided tour of some of our most useful/sophisticated features. If you prefer to shop in your own independent fashion that's okay by us as well.
3. Can I report a bug or problem in the site?
Please do. You can reach us via email on the Contact Us page .
5. How do I checkout? Edit my cart? Etc.?
There's simple steps to checkout properly that the site guides you through—nothing to it. Just go to your cart and follow the buttons for "checkout now," "next," "proceed to checkout," and so on. Along the way, confirm your order information is correct. If you want more help, we have a great checkout guide page just for you.
Your Account
1. Is it okay to have more than one account?
Yes, but it won't help you shop any better. One account gives you all the options you need to customize billing/shipping information, etc. If you forget your account's login information, before you go and create a new account, save yourself some time by reading "2. How can I access my account if I forget my password?"
2. How can I access my account if I forget my password?
First, we want to reassure you this is a common mistake, so don't feel like you're the only forgetful one; you're just like everybody else. As long as you used your real name (one you remember, of course) and a real email address when you initially created your account, you can submit a request to have your password sent to your email address. We highly recommend that you save that email with the password in case you forget it again in the future.
3. I want to close my account. How can I do this?
Sorry you feel that way. You need to make the request via an email to Vision to America from the Contact Us form on the site. We'll take it from there and send you a notification via your email address that the account is officially closed.
4. Can I change my email address?
Certainly. Go to "My Account" if you're logged in, choose " edit profile", then at the bottom of the form options you can make the change yourself.

Product Reviews
1. Why review products I have purchased?
So that other shoppers will see what other listeners, readers, and viewers think of the content so they don't have to take our word for it that the products are great. Do for others as you would have them do for you is the idea.
2. How does the reviewing process work?
You need to be logged in your account first, and if you're not you will be prompted to do so before you enter the review. To review any products, go to the description page of the product and scroll to the bottom of that page. There will be a link to "rate or review this product." Once you are on the review form you can write whatever you like. Please remember to also include your star rating. If you don't want to write anything, you can just leave the star rating.
3. Where can I read other's reviews?
All Reviews are at the end of the page descriptions of the products themselves. So find the product you're interested in, scroll to the bottom of the description page and if there are any reviews you will see them there. If there isn't a review, your's can be the first. Get the product, soak it for all it's worth, then come back and add the first review. :-)
4. A review I read was less than "Christian" in it's vocabulary. How do I report it?
We want the reviews to be helpful—not counter-productive or offensive to fellow shoppers. Please report the inappropriate review content you come across via the Contact Us form. Be sure to tell us the specific name of the product the review belongs to and we'll be able to take care of it.
